These terms govern your use of the Birha India marketing website and waitlist at india.birha.in (the "Site"). Separate terms apply to enterprise customers on tech.birha.in and to the Birha mobile app when published.
Who we are
The Site is operated by Birha Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India ("Birha", "we", "us").
Using the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe others' rights or disrupt the service. You must not attempt unauthorised access, scraping that overloads our systems, or misuse of forms and APIs.
Information and calculators
Earnings examples, task descriptions, and calculators are illustrative. Actual rates, approval rules, and payouts will be defined in the app and contributor agreements when the programme goes live. Nothing on this Site is a guarantee of income.
Intellectual property
Content on the Site (text, design, logos, and graphics) is owned by Birha or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission, except for reasonable personal sharing of public pages.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Birha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in connection with the Site in the twelve months before the claim or (b) ₹500, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
